We need a Branch Office Co-Ordinator in Hyderabad. We are located in Cherlapalli, Hyderabad.

Scope of Work:
Issuing Quote for Spare Parts / Consumables / Service / AMC / Machines

Follow up with customers on orders

Customer Orders receipt and acknowledgement

Co-ordinate with HO / Branches to initiate the Tax invoice

Co-Ordinate with Branches on inventory movement under Stock Transfer

Payment Follow up with customers on Accounts Receivables

Update HO on payment realizations

Office Operations and monitoring

Stock Management in Branch - inward / outward / Preparation of Delivery Challan / Stock Transfer invoice / EWAY Bill

Verification of Physical Stock vs Systems Stock frequently on quarterly basis

Attendance / Leave Monitoring & update records of branch staff

Packing and delivery of items within Hyderabad for nearby locations OR to use local courier.

Logistics & Spare parts handling.

All other related back-office support function areas in the Branch

Qualification:
Any Degree

Must be familiar in MS-OFFICE (EXCEL / WORD / OUTLOOK - inward & outward mails)

Should be familiar in English

Should be independent communicator in English

Should be smart to adopt to Company Requirements, to handle independently

Experience

At least 3 years experience worked as Commercial Executive / Stores Management / Back Office Support operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
