- Ordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain client files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update client information in our database, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws.
- Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in the immigration industry or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about immigration processes and regulations.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic understanding of different countries' immigration policies and procedures.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Languages Known:

- Hindi, Telugu & English
