**Job Title: Creative Designer**

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative design concepts across various mediums to meet the marketing and branding objectives of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to create visually appealing and engaging designs that resonate with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design visually compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into creative design concepts.
- Work closely with copywriters to integrate visual and written content effectively.
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when required, providing clear design briefs and overseeing the execution of projects.
- Conduct regular quality checks on design deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards and specifications.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and design materials that resonate with them.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Proven experience as a creative designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the creative industry.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
