ERP Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage and support the organization's ERP system. - Collaborate with departments to understand their ERP needs. - Manage inventory data base, BOM, PPC planning and stock execution. - Co-ordinate with ERP users and ensure work has been done properly in the system with respect to Item Masters, Transactions, Stock and MIS data and Report. - Implement system upgrades and improvements. - Provide training and support to ERP system users. - Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues. - Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system. - Ensure that the ERP activities of all technical departments go parallel with actual transaction - Generate Miscellaneous reports related to costing, Purchase, Sales, Inventory etc. - Develop and maintain ERP-related documentation. - Coordinate with external vendors for system enhancements. Skill Requirements - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills - Highly self-motivated & directed, with a keen attention to detail - Strong trouble-shooting skills - Able to prioritize & execute tasks within stipulated time - Strong team-working skills, with an ability to collaborate with a variety of team members **Job Type**: Permanent Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Leave encashment - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 2 years (required) **Location**: - Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/11/2024 Expected Start Date: 01/12/2024
