A Leading Importer, Exporter & Manufacturer of Construction Equipments is hiring for
- **ERP Coordinator**
- in Mahape, New Mumbai.

Currently we have an urgent opening for **ERP Coordinator.** The job profile is mentioned below:
**Position: -** **ERP Coordinator**

**Qualification: - Any Graduate with good command over English**

Job Location: Graduate or Post Graduate

Experience: - 2-3 Years

Skill sets: - Excellent in MS Office & Excel.

**Job Description.**
- Overseeing the CRM operations and data entry such as Budgets, BOQ, **Purchase **order**s, **Bills etc
- Overseeing the Sales force operations and data entry such as CRM, Marketing, Contracts etc.
- Coordinating with business units to determine CRM requirements / Issues
- Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues
- Working with ERP Vendors to resolve, or develop new codes/features as the case maybe
- Troubleshooting
- Working with auditors to oversee Data accuracy and integrity
- Providing training and support for end-users
- Designing user-friendly interfaces and functionalities
- Preparing technical and training manuals

**Requirements**:
Able to convert Business Process Requirement into CRM System Requirement.

Implementation of CRM System

End user support and reports customization

Good knowledge in excel, ERP software.

Good communication Skills.

Self-motivated, able to work effectively in team
