**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop business with **traders, dealers, and stockists** of fasteners across India and globally.
- Understand dealer requirements and offer the right fastener products at competitive rates.
- Share quotations, follow up for orders, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain dealer database and provide consistent follow-up and support.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch team for timely delivery and updates.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to senior management.

**Who Can Apply**:

- **Qualification**: 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce or Marketing preferred)
- **Experience**:2 years in sales (Industrial or B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills in **Gujarati, Hindi, and English**:

- Knowledge of the fastener industry or hardware trading is a plus
