**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and coaching centers to introduce Sqilco’s advanced training programs.
- Provide detailed information about Sqilco’s services, courses, and benefits.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain and update a database of potential leads, follow-up schedules, and call outcomes.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1+ years in tele-calling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and provide convincing responses.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
