**Remote Position - Contract/freelancer**:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver **e-learning modules** using Articulate Storyline/Rise.
- Transform raw content or storyboard into visually engaging and interactive training.
- Ensure alignment with adult learning principles, accessibility (WCAG), and instructional best practices.
- Integrate assessments, quizzes, branching scenarios, and other interactive elements.
- Revise and update existing courses as needed, based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain consistency in visual design, layout, and navigation across modules.
- Test and troubleshoot courses across LMS platforms (e.g., SCORM-compliance).
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail**s.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience designing e-learning using **Articulate Storyline, Rise**, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with **graphic design basics** (typography, layout, color) and image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of **instructional design models** (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy).
- Knowledge of **SCORM/AICC/xAPI** standards and LMS integration.
- Attention to detail with excellent time and project management skills.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Design, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in e-learning content creation using Articulate tools.
