**Primary Skill**:

- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and principles.
- Strong understanding of e-learning technologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze learning needs and design effective learning solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management skills to deliver projects within timelines.

**Job Location**: Pune (Work from office)

**Work Days**: Monday - Friday

**Work Timings**: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

**Salary**: As per Industry Standards

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Graduate - Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
- Postgraduate - Degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.

**Role Overview**:
**Required Role Attributes**:

- Develop and design high-quality online courses that align with learning objectives.
- Analyze learning needs and design appropriate assessments and activities.
- Ensure courses are user-friendly, visually appealing, and interactive.
- Revise and update courses based on feedback and changing needs.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Ability to create engaging and interactive multimedia elements.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Basic project management skills.

**Additional Skills**:

- Graphic design and visual communication skills.
- Experience with video editing and animation tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for online learning.
- Familiarity with gamification and microlearning concepts.
- Leading instructional design projects and mentoring junior designers.
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define learning objectives and project scope.
- Researching and implementing innovative instructional design strategies.
- Contributing to the development of company-wide instructional design standards and best practices.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions and making continuous improvements.
