**Instructional Designer**
We seek an Instructional Designer to design and develop our training content. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
- State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc)
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
- Maintain project documentation and course folders

**Instructional Designer Qualifications/Skills**
- Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
- Understanding of website design best practices
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience with design platforms
- Familiarity with any course management systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines

**Education, Experience**
- BA, BS, MS, or higher degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience as an instructional designer or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹291,685.73 - ₹1,094,639.54 per year
