**Job description**

**Beginner Level**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify learning objectives and content needs with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Tailor content through audience analysis and regular team collaboration.
- Develop instructional strategies using proven learning models.
- Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360 with multimedia and interactive elements.
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices.
- Test and debug e-learning modules to meet SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Gather and incorporate feedback to improve training materials.
- Manage project plans and prioritize tasks for timely delivery.
- Document processes and provide regular project updates.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge Articulate 360 storyline
- Deep understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and continuous learning.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- Experience with other e-learning authoring tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
