**Job description**:
As a Media and Communications Officer, you play a crucial role in the visibility and growth of our brand. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, while delivering our company's message.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative marketing and communication strategies in line with business objectives.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling and performance analysis.
- Creating compelling and brand-consistent promotional materials for various media platforms.
- Organizing and promoting events, including press releases, advertisements, and coordination on the day.
- Collaborate with external agencies or professionals, such as graphic designers, copywriters, and PR agencies.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, and report to management.
- Maintain internal communications protocols to ensure employees are well informed and committed to marketing objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
- Experience with content management systems and SEO/SEM practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Dutch language is preferred and optional
