Mama’s 1st Choice is looking for a creative and results-driven **Social Media Executive** to manage and grow our brand’s presence across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, running campaigns, and interacting with our B2B and B2C audiences to drive brand awareness and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and videos.
- Manage social media campaigns for **brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.**:

- Monitor trends and competitor activity to optimize content strategy.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team for content creation.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Run paid social media ads to boost engagement and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Ability to create compelling content (text, images, videos).
- Experience with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling platforms.
- Good communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Experience in running **paid ads** on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is a plus.
