**Job Title: Manual Tester**

**Location**: Chandigarh

**Experience**: 4-7 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Identify, record, and track bugs to resolution using bug tracking tools.
- Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and other non-functional testing as required.
- Document test cases, test results, and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings to provide input on testability.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role with at least 3 years in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Solid understanding of SQL and scripting languages for test automation (optional but beneficial).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.

**Benefits**:

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
