**Job Title: Manual and Automation Tester**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute manual test cases based on software requirements and design specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
- Participate in the Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Perform regression testing to validate software changes and updates.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Manual and Automation Tester or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and techniques.
- Proficiency in designing and executing manual test cases.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Hands-on experience in scripting and automation using programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Agile Central).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ISTQB or similar certification.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
