**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the Insurance Industry (Preferred Life Insurance)
- Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and prepare a roadmap to deliver them.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and the insurance industry.
- Adhere the TAT in delivering the projects.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on Volume hiring in the Insurance industry.
- Proven success in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent in the Insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external Stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Bulk Hiring: 2 years (required)
