This full-time role requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and other recruitment processes. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our business operations.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in candidate sourcing using various channels and strategies to identify potential candidates.Skilled in interview scheduling to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers efficiently.Experienced in resume screening to evaluate applicant qualifications against job requirements.Strong talent acquisition skills to develop recruitment plans and execute sourcing activities effectively.Ability to conduct Boolean searches to enhance sourcing strategies and improve candidate pipelines.Proficient in offer negotiation to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and organizational needs.Excellent communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders in the recruitment process.Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Roles and ResponsibilitiesConducting job analysis and preparing job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.Utilizing various recruitment channels to source potential candidates for open positions.Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.Conducting reference checks and background verifications as needed.Negotiating job offers and ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date recruitment database and records.
