- Ensuring adherence to Volume, SR, CSSR & Priority compliance from KLU as per plan shared by Central Planning.
- Ensuring smooth operations & Indirect/Direct RM/ PM availability at KLU as per plan alongwith coordination of different stakeholders.
- Report to Superiors on daily progress of the Plan/Production details and other issues wrt KLU.
- Responsible for preparation & tracking of STO in SAP as per STR received from CP.
- Responsible for Preparation of Daily reports i.e DPR, Z coverage etc & Month end reports i.e RM / PM quality issues etc.
- Ensuring timely sharing of PIP of RMs with stakeholders & Standardization of new products batches.
- Ensuring testing of FSER/PTL/PSR and updation of records as per guidelines.
- Ensuring inspection & testing of incoming Raw Material, Packing Materials, Intermediate & FG.
- Responsible for customer complaint analysis. Conducting root cause analysis of customer complaints received from market & respond timely.
- Ensuring all in-process checks are carried out by KLU as per process guidelines.
- Responsible for carrying out Audits, PCPA, Hygiene Audit etc as per defined schedule & guidelines.
- Ensuring adherence of APQS written down process (QMS, EMS, SMS) at KLU.
- Carry out required SAP transactions related to planning, production & quality.
