Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working in staffing for a search company, recruitment agency, or in-house talent team.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients and advising Hiring Managers on talent and hiring.
- Experience solving complex problems and designing creative pipeline strategies.
- Understanding of technical skill sets and the tools to find them (e.g., search techniques, applicant tracking systems, etc.).
- Ability to deliver significant impact as a business partner.
- Ability to build productive relationships across an organization.
- Ability to think globally and strategically, and translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the hiring process and ensure pipelines are representative of the talent market. Identify/drive process improvements which impact global recruiting and clients.
- Guide and advise on Google's hiring processes. Provide consistent communication to clients and solutions that enable clients to engage with staffing and processes.
- Source, evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview and offer processes. Build partnerships with Sourcing and Recruiting peers to ensure representative pipelines.
- Create and implement a hiring strategy that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, and client management/satisfaction.
