**Job Title: Executive - Training Operations**

**Location**: Head Office-Walmart Vriddhi Project
**Reports to**: Academy Specialist - Training Operations
**Employment Type**: Internship (Full-time)

**Role Overview**

The **Intern - Training Operations** will assist the Academy Specialist - Training Operations in planning, coordinating, and managing the logístical and administrative aspects of training programs for MSMEs, Mobilization, Enablement & CBT Teams under Walmart Vridhi project. This internship offers practical exposure to large-scale learning operations, process management, and cross-functional coordination in a high-impact development initiative.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Training Calendar & Scheduling Support**
- Assist in maintaining and updating the training calendar.
- Coordinate with trainers, participants, and venues to finalize schedules.

**2. Logistics & Resource Management**
- Support the arrangement of training venues, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure smooth set-up for physical and virtual sessions.

**3. Data & Documentation**
- Maintain participant databases, attendance records, and training trackers.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly training MIS reports.

**4. Session Support**
- Provide on-ground or virtual coordination during training sessions.
- Handle participant registrations, technical assistance, and resource distribution.

**5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination**
- Liaise with vendors for training-related services and supplies.
- Communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders as directed.

**6. Process Improvement & Research**
- Suggest improvements for streamlining training operations.
- Research tools and best practices for efficient learning delivery.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet).
- Effective communication and coordination skills.

**Qualifications**
- **Postgraduate (PG)** in HR, Operations, Business Management, or related fields.
- Interest in training operations, project coordination, and process management.
- Multilingual capability (English, Hindi, and regional language) is preferred.

**Learning & Exposure**
- Practical experience in managing end-to-end training operations.
- Hands-on exposure to large-scale field training logistics.
- Interaction with trainers, project managers, and field teams.
- Mentorship from experienced operations and L&D professionals.

**Success Indicators**
- On-time and accurate execution of assigned operational tasks.
- Smooth delivery of training sessions without logístical gaps.
- High accuracy in training data and reporting.

**Recommended Compensation Range**

Intern - Training Operations ₹25K - ₹30K pm

Pay: ₹11,416.60 - ₹33,105.84 per month
