- You may test their understanding by asking them to explain a simple topic or solve a few concept-based questions.

- Fluency and confidence in both speaking and writing are essential.

**4. Technical and Digital Skills**
- They should be comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must know how to use Google tools such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Classroom.
- Familiarity with using smart boards, projectors, and digital display systems is an added advantage.

**5. Personal Qualities and Attitude**
- They should be punctual, disciplined, and reliable in completing tasks.
- Must possess a helping attitude towards both faculty and students.
- They should not be overly friendly with students, and they should maintain a respectful boundary.
- Ability to work in a team and take instructions well is essential.

**6. Availability and Commitment**
- They should be ready to work at either branch (Satellite or South Bopal), based on your requirements.
- Preference can be given to those who can commit for at least one academic year.

**7. Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist main faculty during class by managing attendance, discipline, board work, or operating devices.
- Solve students’ doubts during or after class sessions.
- Check classwork, homework, and assignments as instructed by the faculty.
- Help in preparation of tests, model answers, and answer keys.
- Support in exam invigilation, paper checking, and entry of marks.
- Assist with uploading notes and managing digital content.
- Communicate with students or parents under the guidance of senior faculty.

**8. Interview and Selection Tips**
- Ask them to explain a basic concept from 11th or 12th Commerce in simple language.
- Give them a mock task such as preparing a short homework worksheet or answer key.
- Observe their confidence, politeness, and ability to handle a classroom-like environment.
- Ask scenario-based questions, like how they would handle a student who is copying homework or not paying attention.
