Consultation with the clients regarding insurance, duties, and taxes
- Search for possibilities to reduce taxes
- Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities
- Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective management
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports
- Co-ordination with Freight forwarders & Custom clearance agents to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage end to end Logistics and shipping processes
- Ensure timely processing of Pre & Post shipment documentation
- To ensure that the Import & Export benefits under various Government schemes are explored and the same comply.
- Negotiating monthly, quarterly & yearly contracts with Forwarders, CHA, Transporters, and outsourced vendors.
- Defining and implementing improved business processes and procedures for the department; thereby ensuring optimum productivity and minimizing errors
- Maintaining complete Import & Export data
- Circulating timely MIS
- Freight cost reduction

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
