**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**
- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads and prospects.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the organization.
- Lead Conversion: Skilfully engage potential customers over the phone, delivering persuasive sales pitches and addressing their queries effectively to convert leads into sales and admissions.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceedingly daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Review and Optimization: Continuously review and optimize the sales and admission processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure successful closures
- Content Creation: Be actively participate in creating content in company's social media pages along with other team members.
- Bachelor (or above) qualification
- **Mandatory: Minimum 1 year or more student counsellor experience in overseas education industry**:

- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
- Visible orientation towards having high quality service as integral part of work ethics
- Person should have high convincing skills
- Sales Skill
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem resolution skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,796.23 per month
