As a student counsellor, it will be your duty to mentor and support students while they pursue their academic and professional goals overseas. With a base in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, this full-time role requires one to three years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field

Three years of experience in a relevant job or in student advising

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Strong grasp of the educational system and the possibilities for studying abroad

Familiarity with immigration laws, visa procedures, and services for overseas students

Capacity to function both individually and as a team player

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Capacity to efficiently prioritize and multitask

Enthusiasm for supporting pupils in reaching their academic objectives

A combination of English fluency and native language ability

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding their education and career choices

Assist students in selecting the right courses, universities, and programs based on their interests and goals

Evaluate and assess students' academic and personal backgrounds to determine their eligibility for study abroad programs

Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, policies, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to students

Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions

Provide ongoing support to students throughout their study abroad journey, including orientation programs, cultural integration, and academic progress monitoring

Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services by providing feedback and suggestions
