**Role description**:
As part of the marketing organization, Grant Thornton’s Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE) is hiring Pursuit Materials/Sales Deliverables Team Associate, who will report to the Pursuit Materials/Sales Deliverables Team Manager. This role will execute customized pre-proposal marketing and sales deliverables such as discussion Placemats, PowerPoint decks, Biography booklets, Digital deliverables and other types of custom deliverables using established templates and leveraging content created by the PCOE content team.

**Responsibilities**
- Project management and execution of pre-proposal marketing and sales deliverables - Own projects by using resources appropriately, creating timelines/responsibility assignments and driving continuous communication directly with stakeholders located in the S. Identify and remove barriers of progress, escalating issues as needed to the Pursuit Materials/Sales Deliverables Team Manager.
- Request responsiveness - Respond to stakeholder requests with a sense of urgency and
- Collaboration and Creativity - Work with the Pursuit Materials/Sales Deliverables Team Manager to share observations and suggest recommendations for ongoing process, technology and content enhancements.

**Skills**:
**Requirements/Preferred Technical Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience writing for the accounting/consulting industry (ideal) or a large agency or corporation
- Understanding of the pursuit/sales cycle and sales enablement content
- Knowledge of Seismic and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tools is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and grasp of English language
- Creative thinker and confident in producing work across multiple platforms
- Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
- Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
