
Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Female) to join our team and provide excellent service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering queries, resolving issues,reminding renewal dates to existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Support Executive(Female) you should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Your main duties will include:
- Providing accurate and timely information about our products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or escalating them to the appropriate department
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our processes and policies
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of experience as a customer support executive or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customer-oriented attitude and a problem-solving mindset
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
