Hello

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated teacher success manager to help us reshape the future of learning

**What you will do**:

- Teacher & class progress
- Ensuring that teachers are following the given program/curriculum
- Manage and monitor student learning outcomes
- Track and manage class engagements like performances, recitals, tests and evaluations.
- Teacher training & management
- Assist in training models for existing and new teachers on the Flurn platform.
- Assist in operational needs of teachers.
- Class quality control
- Screen teachers provided by the teacher acquisition team and determine their fit into the Flurn program.
- Execute processes to check and maintain the quality of Flurn’s classes.

Flurn is building a disruptive EdTech platform focused on the communities, powered by trusted independent teachers - for both online & offline classes - Academic or Extra-Curricular. Flurn’s mission is to make learning more accessible and effective by transforming the independent tutoring and coaching market.

Flurn was cofounded by Ashwin & Lohith - Two seasoned technology leaders who have worked in global technology giants - Google, InMobi and Samsung as well as run multiple startups in different capacities - as Co-Founder, CXO & Advisor in Furlenco, Fairket & Sadakplay.

After spending the last 6 years building Furlenco (Ashwin was the COO & Lohith was the CTO ) they decided to spend their energies on building a revolutionary technology platform to disrupt the education space. Flurn is a funded startup

backed by some of the top Angels & industry leaders from the Indian startup community.

What you need to have
- Prior experience with teacher management & training
- Excellent Communication - Oral & Written
- Experience in education & e-learning a plus
- Strong planning & execution skills
- Enthusiasm & right frame of mind to work in a high growth & fluid role
- Any professional degree with top notch acads

Location: Bangalore

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
