Flurn's unique approach is to partner with apartment complexes & gated communities to bring our programs directly to the customer staying there. We are India's largest community learning company ,offering 10+ programs across 3 cities in 300+ apartment communities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Teacher Success Associate at Flurn in Bangalore. The Teacher Success Associate will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of acquiring, managing and growing our teachers. You will be working very closely with all business & program functions to identify specific teacher requirement, generate leads , evaluate qualified teachers and pitch to teachers to join the Flurn network. You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day task related to teacher assignments, growing their student base and ensuring a high quality experience is delivered.
What you will do
- Learn & perform in a 360 degree business role - you will need to prospect, qualify, evaluate and onboard new teachers to Flurn.
- Learn the details of Flurn programs inside out and evaluate potential teachers for fitment based our program requirements and their qualifications.
- Learn & use sales management tools effectively - CRM systems, BI Dashboards & have familiarity with Google sheets.
- Work closely with the founders on a daily basis to strategise and plan weekly, monthly and quarterly numbers and deliver on them along with a high quality team.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing or higher preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Passion for being in a sales role - while this role doesn't own revenue targets, it does involve meeting targets in terms of teacher numbers to be acquired.
- Fluency in English and Kannada and/or Hindi required.
