Full job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Solution Architect to join our growing team responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions in Finance (online transaction processing, revenue accounting, financial reconciliation), and customer experience (CRM, Customer 360) domain. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, reliable, and scalable solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our customer-centric strategy and leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth.

Qualities
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with total IT experience more than 10 years.
- Strong understanding of CRM functionalities, Customer Engagement feature, AI/ML driven bot solutions, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions using any one of the industry leading platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic 365, Customer Data Products.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience hands-on design and development experience in.Net or Java technology
- Associate architect certification or above in AWS/Azure cloud.
- Exposure to UI Path or “Automation Anywhere” invoice automation use cases.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with payment gateways and secure payment integrations is a plus.
- Experience with the Airline domain is a plus.

Pay: ₹6,500,000.00 - ₹7,000,000.00 per year
