**Job Description for Social Media Manager**

We are looking for an experienced social media manager who will be responsible for market research and provide insights about trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals, increases our online presence, and boosts audience engagement.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging, high-quality content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes writing posts, designing graphics, and creating video content.
- Community Management: Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and positive manner to foster a strong community.
- Analytics: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of social media activities using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and adjust strategies as needed.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring our social media strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers and other partners to expand our brand's reach and credibility.
- Crisis Management: Monitor and manage any negative social media situations effectively, ensuring the company's reputation is maintained.

**Job requirements**
- 1.5 to 3 years of work experience as a Social media manager
- Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of online marketing channel

- Phase 8B, Mohali.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
