**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist**

**Location**: Mohali Punjab

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated **Social Media Marketing Specialist** to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing social media content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align social media content with broader campaigns and goals.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Work with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand reach and visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn).
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and reporting.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.
- Experience with social media advertising and budget management is preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
