We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
- Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
- Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
- Provides short
- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Monitor growth - organic & paid, and user engagement as well as suggest content optimization.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
- Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
- Work closely with the content and creative team to ensure regular posting of engaging content for all social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and experience in handling all social media platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SMM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website, advertisement, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FB Ad Manager, Linkedin Ads, etc.).
- Up to date with the latest features and trends in order to adapt them for our social media accounts.
