We have opening for Payroll Executive for our Navi Mumbai location.

Position: Payroll Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai (Kopar Khairane)

Experience: 3-6 Years

We are seeking a sharp and driven Payroll Executive to join our team of highly skilled professionals to provide strategic support within our growing team. As a Payroll Executive, you will collaborate across multiple teams, both internally and externally to resolve payroll challenges. This role works dealing with our employees, providing a white glove experience that includes: Solutions implementation, configurations, customizations, reporting, and documentation creation

**THIS MEANS YOU WILL**
- Build solid knowledge of the technology solutions in payroll.
- Process the attendance through Biometric and Sales Force on monthly basis.
- Ensure all the policy and process are followed Eg: late marks, early leave, paid leaves, public holidays, on duty etc.
- Process payroll following all the compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, bonus etc. - Prepare salary structures for new joiness and for increments processed.
- Ensure timely registrations of PF and ESIC of employees.
- Ensuring that ESIC cards are distributed in time to employees.
- Ensuring that the payment of statutory compliances is done in time.
- Make plans and procedures to ensure salary process streamlines to online salaries. Uploading salary slips on timely manner
- Maintaining good relation with PF and ESIC consultant.
- Processing full and final settlement of exited employees

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Graduate.
- Excellent knowledge of excel (V look up, pivot table).
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand employee’s challenges related to salaries.
- Excellent knowledge of all statutory complains like PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus etc
- Knowledge of mail merge.

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
