**JD for the profile of Payroll Executive**


**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Calculate wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits, loans).
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Review timesheets, work charts, and wage computation to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries and submission of statutory payments (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax).
- Prepare payroll reports for management, audit, and statutory purposes.
- Address employee inquiries related to salary, tax, leaves, and other payroll matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and uphold data integrity.
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors or regulatory authorities as needed.
- Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, QuickBooks, Zoho Payroll).
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRIS or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary Range**

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
