**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Experience Required**: 1-5 Years (can be adjusted)
**Location: Kolkata**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor company expenditures and assist with budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including TDS, GST, and other tax filings.
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors as required.
- Support the finance manager with audits, forecasting, and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP etc.) and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
