We are looking for a sales executive to join our manufacturing company, As a sales executive, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying and contacting potential clients in your assigned territory
- Presenting our products and services to prospective customers and demonstrating their value and benefits
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers
- Maintaining positive and long-term relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction
- Providing feedback and market insights to the management and product development teams
- Achieving or exceeding your sales targets and performance metrics

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Reviewing sales performance
- Maintaining Accurate Records
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
