should have experience to handle Legal Cases/Matters related to Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI),
Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT),
legal aspects under the matter of Income Tax,
Excise,
Customs,
GST,
NCLT & Criminal matters.

Handle Litigation & Non Litigation matters including vetting & drafting of all legal documents for all group & Associate companies whenever needed. SANAD License pass out before 2 to 3 yrs.
