Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough title searches on properties, including reviewing land records, property deeds, and other relevant documents.

2. Analyze property documents, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations.

3. Prepare comprehensive title search reports, highlighting ownership details, encumbrances, and other relevant information.

4. Verify property ownership, including searching for any outstanding mortgages, liens, or other encumbrances.

5. Research and stay updated on Indian property laws, regulations, and court judgments.

6. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of title search reports.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of title search reports and related documents.

*Requirements:*

8. Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized Indian university.

9. Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.

10. 0-2 years of experience in title search reporting or a related field.

11. Strong understanding of Indian property laws, including the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, and the Registration Act, 1908.

12. Excellent research and analytical skills.

13. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

15. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
