**Job Description: Advocate at Prime Consultancy**:

- **Role Overview**:The Advocate will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and solutions to clients, primarily in the real estate, property law, and co-operative society sectors. The position requires the individual to manage legal matters, draft legal documents, represent clients in proceedings, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university (Master’s in Law preferred).
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
- **Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in real estate law, co-operative society law, or related fields.
- Experience in handling property disputes and registration matters is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong drafting and documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Advisory**:

- Provide expert legal advice to clients in the areas of real estate, property law, and co-operative society matters.
- Analyze and interpret complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- **Drafting & Documentation**:

- Draft and review various legal documents, including sale deeds, agreements, MoUs, wills, affidavits, and notices.
- Prepare and vet documents for Deemed Conveyance, Assignment, and property transactions.
- **Representation**:

- Represent clients in legal proceedings before courts, tribunals, or other legal forums as required.
- Handle matters related to property disputes, co-operative society disputes, and regulatory compliance.
- **Compliance Management**:

- Ensure adherence to applicable laws, including Registration Acts, RERA regulations, and Co-operative Societies Acts.
- Liaise with government authorities, including the Sub-Registrar Office, Land Revenue Department, and others.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering reliable and timely legal solutions.
- Explain complex legal terms and processes to clients in an understandable manner.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with department heads and senior managers to provide integrated services.
- Assist in training junior staff and interns in legal practices and documentation.
- **Research & Updates**:

- Stay updated on legal developments, case laws, and amendments in real estate and co-operative society regulations.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and advisory services.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
