**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Counsel**: Provide expert legal advice on a range of issues, including real estate transactions, property disputes, and contract matters.
- **Real Estate Expertise**: Manage real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing agreements, conducting due diligence, and handling title issues.
- **Client Representation**: Represent clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts related to real estate and other legal matters.
- **Research**: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in real estate transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: LLB or equivalent degree in Law.
- **Experience**: 3-4 years of legal practice, with a minimum of 1 year specializing in real estate law.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and provide strategic advice.
- Effective communication and client management skills.
