We have a **community of over 3.1 million subscribers on YouTube, nearly 600K followers on Facebook, and 232K followers on Instagram**. Our platform is known for engaging content, storytelling, and brand collaborations that drive strong audience engagement. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to enhance our sales strategies and brand partnerships.

**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Strong **analytical and sales skills**:

- Highly proficient in **overall sales, selling, and client-convincing skills**:

- In-depth understanding of **digital sales, data, and business concepts**:

- Should have an **active client base in retail, corporate, hospitality, FMCG, healthcare, fashion, auto, and e-commerce**:

- **Good negotiation skills**:

- Highly creative in **generating sales and event ideas**:

- **Energetic in sourcing new clients** and maintaining strong client relationships
- Constantly contribute ideas to **increase sales revenue**:

- Highly creative in **event ideas that attract sales revenue**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:

- **Experience in account management and sales management**:

- **Team management skills** - demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams
- Proven track record of **meeting and exceeding sales targets.**:

- **Creating and executing marketing campaigns** to enhance brand visibility
- **Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics** to adjust strategies for maximum impact
- **Collaborating with other departments** (like content creation, and creative teams) to align marketing strategies with business goals

✔ **Experience**: 3-5 years in **digital marketing, adverting, and lead generation or any related field.**
✔ **Education**: MBA preferred, with a strong interest in **business administration, marketing, or strategic management.**

**Skills**:

- Strong **project management & coordination skills**.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** abilities.
- Ability to work in **fast-paced, dynamic business environments**.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (required)
- Advertising: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:
