**Job Title: Marketing Executive - Hardware Sales**

**Location**: Chennai, India

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 1-3 years in Marketing/Sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote knob sales in the Chennai region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our knob products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print media, and events.
- Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, to support sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote our products.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the hardware industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Chennai region for client meetings, events, and trade shows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
