**Graphic Designer - Event**

**Location**: Goregaon (w) Mumbai

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer - Events** to join our team and bring our event experiences to life through compelling visuals.

**Experience: 1-3 years**

**Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
ª Understanding detailed client briefs and event requirements.

ª Maintain and follow a comprehensive print checklist for accurate production

ª Coordination with print vendors pan India

ª Designing artworks as per client requirement in the given deadline

ª Resize, export, and deliver print-ready files to vendors in a timely manner.

ª Working in team with fellow designers and providing best possible designs

ª Share precise design dimensions and grid plans to support production and setup teams.

ª Work closely with the production team to communicate sizes, materials, and execution plans.

**Skills required**:
ª Creative skills

ª Software knowledge - Illustrator, CorelDraw and Photoshop

ª Leadership qualities and team work

ª Ability to juggle between multiple project

ª Excellent reporting skills & presence of mind

ª Time management
