**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, plan, manage, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for the Organization
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices and manage all digital marketing channels
- Designs, plans, builds, monitors and maintains our social media presence and oversees all the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Build an inbound marketing plan
- Work on the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and product awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (on-page and off-page) keyword, image optimization, etc.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade the company’s owned media including websites/Mobile apps, etc.
- Constantly add pages, content, and material to the website and mobile app.
- Design using UI/UX content as needed
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing on various digital platforms
- Manage social media marketing campaigns, SEO campaigns, and digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
- Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
- Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
