We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our digital marketing efforts and assisting in the execution of various online marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for someone with approximately one year of experience in digital marketing who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities, providing insights for campaign optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns, monitor their performance, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
- Support the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries or comments.
- Assist in website maintenance and optimization, including updating content, implementing SEO best practices, and ensuring a positive user experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Approximately 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and PPC campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
