**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**

1. Agreements for rendering various IT services, Non-Disclosure / Confidentiality agreements with clients/ vendors/partners/employees, Memoranda of Understanding, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Vendors contract, Licensing Agreements, Affidavits, Employment contract, Tenancy agreement, leases etc.

2. Negotiation of Customer as well as Vendor agreements

3. Interactions with Solicitors and Advocates across the globe for various litigations as well as Intellectual Property Registrations

4. Well versed with Cyber Laws in India, International Laws relating to Information Technology, Privacy Laws, Protection of IPRs and the procedures in respect of Civil and Criminal Matters.

5. knowledgeable in **legal** aspects relating to various Labour Laws, Shops and Establishment Legislations, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act etc.

6. Analysing **legal** implications of various issues and advising various internal stakeholders and management on it.

**Qualifications**:
**SKILLS KNOWLEDGE**

1. Graduate / Post graduate in Law with min 2-4 years of experience in corporate legal consulting

2. Should have good communication skills

3. Should be a self-starter, proactive target oriented
