Location:Remote / Work from Office (as applicable) Shift Timing:8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (U.S. Pacific Time) Qualification:LLB (Law Graduate) Languages Required:English, Punjabi, and Hindi (Fluent in all three) About the RoleWe are looking for anLLB graduatewho can assist withlegal and administrative paperworkand performtranslation work(from Punjabi to English) for our international operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during U.S. Pacific time hours. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and organize legal and administrative documents. Translate contracts, affidavits, and correspondence fromPunjabi to Englishaccurately. Coordinate with international teams for document clarification and submission. Maintain proper filing systems (digital & physical) for legal and client records. Draft basic letters, agreements, and supporting documents under supervision. Ensure compliance with documentation standards and confidentiality protocols. Communicate fluently inEnglishduring calls and emails with overseas counterparts. Required Skills & QualificationsLLB graduatefrom a recognized university. Excellent command overEnglish (spoken & written) . Strong understanding ofPunjabi and Hindifor accurate translation. Proficient inMS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)and basic document formatting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to work inU.S. Pacific time zone (Night shift India time) . Preferred AttributesPrior experience in documentation, translation, or legal process outsourcing (LPO) preferred. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of meeting tight deadlines. Compensation:Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
