**we are looking for an experienced Legal Executive**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the legal team to provide comprehensive legal support in various corporate matters.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of corporate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and to provide well-informed legal advice.
- Participate in due diligence processes related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Help maintain and update corporate records, documents, and databases.
- Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes and issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that impact the company's operations.
- Support the legal team in various ad-hoc legal projects and initiatives.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
