Job Description: Sales Representative
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our investment products.
Utilize existing networks and actively seek new leads and opportunities for investment.
Educate potential clients about our investment products, highlighting their benefits and features.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and Pre-IPO investment products.
Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solve client problems and address any concerns or queries they may have.
Leverage your financial industry background to build trust and credibility with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of investment transactions.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial industry.
Strong knowledge of investment products, with a focus on Pre-IPO investments.
Experience in selling LIC or mutual fund investment products is a plus.
Ability to work in a target-based environment and meet sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
Proven track record in client handling and relationship management.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Fixed salary of Rs 25,000, with incentives based on performance.
