**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify tender opportunities that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tender requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and technical teams, to gather the necessary information for tender submissions.
- Review tender documentation, including terms and conditions, specifications, and evaluation criteria, to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a tender tracking system to monitor the status of tender opportunities, submissions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and value propositions for tender submissions.
- Coordinate post-tender activities, including negotiation, contract finalization, and debriefing sessions with clients or tendering authorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to tender processes.
- Analyze tender outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to internal stakeholders on tender processes, procedures, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing tender processes, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong understanding of tender documentation, procurement principles, and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tender management software or systems is desirable but not required.

Pay: ₹9,500.20 - ₹25,000.00 per month
